Feelings of insecurity & rejection

Please pray for me. I dunno why, but lately, I've been overwhelmed with feelings of self doubt, rejection, and I guess the underlying cause: feeling insecure. I'm also struggling with work issues with our assoc. pastor. Please pray that I would continue to do God's will, and not be so hard on myself, and this struggle would end.
