Father God, my family needs Your help. Our house needs more repairs than we can afford to have done, and it's dangerous to live in it (mostly electrical-related). If it's Your will, we're hoping to move by this spring or summer. I haven't been able to find a job, even after the countless Resumes and applications I have put in over the past couple of months. I had a job that I was hired for; I lost it before I started training due to it being cut because of the economy. "A" job, even. Not just a "good paying" job and all of the other things people selfishly rant about and only pray for. Lord, I need Your favor. May You deal with those who try to make my life worse by saying I'm "not seeking You enough" and therefore can't find a job; or that I should pray in another's name other than Jesus Christ, in order to get an answer.

Father, I am frustrated. As the son of a window, You mention so much about that in Your Word. I've done what I could to be a light to my family and help my mother, who has no one else to help her. My brother has gone off and done as he pleased, refusing to help his mother or contact her very often at all. I am the only Christian in my household and one of only two in my entire family. Lord, it is so easy for many people to have said things to me - out of their own comfort, to say that "it will get better" when so much around me seems otherwise. I go to church alone each week, as I've done for many years now. I haven't been able to make many friends for fellowship at the churches I have been to in my area. I am in a church with solid teaching, which is most important - and also active in a Bible study. However, even Your Word says...woe to the man who is alone, for when he falls, he has no one else to lift him up. I'm very much feeling that way right now with all of these things going on. Hear my prayers on behalf of myself and my family, who does not know what they do against You for the time that they don't know You. Thank You, Lord, for all of the blessings that I can't see and sometimes have a hard time realizing in the storms of life. In Jesus' name I ask all of this according to Your mighty will. Amen.
